I Can Highly Recommend Her

Helle Helena Kirkemann was part of my team at ATP, that was responsible for the development of the IT solutions used to pay out maternity and paternity benefits in Denmark. She was deeply involved in how we conducted steering committe meetings, how we structured and ran change management efforts in relation to large scale IT implementation projects, and how we developed new features in our digital development projects. She had roles as analyst and as manager as well as scrum master.

I know her as highly structured and adept at spotting the dynamics of interpersonal relationships – and combining those two competences to improve how an agile development team works, to improve how steering committee meetings are conducted effectively as well as being a strong driver in change management efforts.
