The name KOIKOI

Koi-Koi is a popular card game in Japan, and the phrase “koi-koi” こいこい roughly means “come on” in Japanese which is said when the player wants to continue the round of the card game.

In Hawaii it also means substantial, honorable and can be used as valiant of a person’s integrity.

Here, KOIKOI is the drive for positive change in the creation of sustainable company cultures and business process excellence.
